What is SEU Cable? (Service Entrance Unarmored)
SEU (Service Entrance Unarmored) is engineered with a flat, oval profile featuring two insulated phase conductors bundled with a concentric neutral—a web of small wires wrapped around the phase conductors—all enclosed in a sunlight-resistant PVC jacket. Designed for exterior installation, its low-profile shape allows it to lay flat against building walls when routing power from the utility meter to the main service panel

Construction: Typically features two insulated conductors (for hot wires) wrapped in a concentrically applied neutral conductor made of aluminum strands.
