Our Warranty

Wire America, LLC warrants that products sold will conform to the specifications stated at the time of purchase and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This is the exclusive warranty provided by Wire America, LLC.

Warranty coverage follows the original manufacturer's stated warranty period for the applicable product, but in no case will coverage extend beyond one (1) year from the date of shipment. Customers may request specific manufacturer warranty terms in writing at the time of purchase.

Our exclusive remedy under this warranty is to repair or replace the defective product, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover labor, removal, or reinstallation costs, and our liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product. This warranty supersedes all other warranties, express or implied.

Modifications, improper installation, or misuse of the product voids this warranty.
