How to Track Your Order

When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email to the address used at checkout. It contains your tracking number and a link that shows the live status of your delivery.

Track From Your Account

If you checked out with an account, you can view your order status any time by signing in to your account and opening the order.

Tracking Tips

  • Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to activate after you receive the shipping confirmation.
  • Large reels and bulk orders may ship by freight carrier. For freight deliveries, the carrier contacts you directly to schedule a delivery window.
  • Orders may arrive in multiple shipments; each shipment has its own tracking number.
